By accepting our Terms and Conditions, the customer consents to the processing of his personal data in order to allow the service to be provided or the service requested to be performed. COSTS AND SHIPPING TIMES

We usually ship within 5-10 days from when the payment is received, delivery times vary depending on the country of destination and the distance, contact us for more details. All times refer to working days (Monday to Friday) and are indicative, not binding.

The goods travel at the customer's risk, we will not be responsible for any delays or errors in deliveries caused by transporters. If you receive a visibly damaged package, we recommend that you add the wording "with reserve". We also recommend that you indicate a delivery address where the courier will find someone, and in any case indicate a telephone number on the order form.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

We accept payments via Paypal, Bank Transfer, major Credit Cards.

  • Paypal: paying with Paypal is simple and safe. You won't have to type in your card number or even agree with the seller. You just need your email address and the password you have chosen.   • Bank Transfer: the order will be sent only when the amount due is actually credited, which must take place within 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. Beyond these deadlines, the order will be automatically canceled. The purpose of the bank transfer must include the order reference number.

  • Credit Card: we use the PayPal payment system for credit card payments. All credit cards of the Visa, Mastercard, Postepay circuits are accepted. It is not mandatory to be registered with PayPal to use this form of payment which in any case takes place in total security via secure servers.

SALE PRICES

All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT. We reserve the right to inform the customer before the order is processed in the event of an error in publishing the price on the Internet. The sale price excludes shipping costs, except for promotions. Sale prices can change without notice

STOCK AVAILABILITY

The indication of stock availability, despite our utmost care, may not be real due to the continuous variation of the warehouse stock or alignment errors. The declared availability is therefore not binding.

PROOF OF PURCHASE, TAX CODE AND VAT NUMBER

To request the invoice, simply fill in the "tax code and / or VAT number" field on the order form. To receive the invoice, holders of a VAT number must necessarily also indicate the Tax Code.

WARRANTY

In case of receipt of non-compliant or defective products, the customer has the right to have the conformity of the product restored without charge, by repairing or replacing.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal can be exercised only by persons who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. The right of withdrawal, therefore, cannot be exercised by persons acting for purposes related to a commercial activity. The right of withdrawal also excludes purchases made by resellers or by subjects who in any way purchase for resale to third parties, and customized goods on request by the customer. It is possible to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchased goods.

To apply the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform us of your desire to withdraw from the purchase. Once you have received our return authorization, you will have to send the goods you want to return including packaging and any original manuals and accessories at your own expense to the address that will be indicated during the return approval phase. It will also be necessary to provide your address and tax code (and / or VAT number) to allow us to produce the necessary documentation for the withdrawal from the purchase. Once the integrity of the goods, accessories and packaging has been verified, we will refund within 30 days using the same means that you used for the payment, unless otherwise agreed. The customer is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The original delivery costs will be reimbursed, while the shipping costs for returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.
